After writing a book about adapting to change "Change Doesn’t Bite in 2012", Drew knew his next story would have to involve golf and “Finding Big Mo” was born after years of living in Drew’s thoughts.

Drew is a husband and father of two children. He runs Banyan Tree Strategies, a Management Consulting firm, and is an avid amateur golfer and masters swimmer.  Drew is the founder of the California Season of Life Foundation, a senior member of The Guardsmen of San Francisco, and a board member for his local First Tee chapter. All of these efforts focus on helping disadvantaged youth redirect their futures through positive role models and values based curriculum.

Drew's wife Sara Sanders played on the LPGA Tour from 1998-2002 and turned her focus to commercial real estate and helping Banyan Tree Strategies with its company goals and publishing endeavors.
